Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby authorizes a contract/blanket purchase order for design engineering services for the Rochester Road (M-150) Sanitary System Rehabilitation Project to Hubbell, Roth & Clark, Inc., Bloomfield Hills, Michigan in the amount not-to-exceed $67,000.00 and further authorizes the Procurement Manager to execute an agreement on behalf of the City.
