Resolved that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills, hereby accepts a watermain easement granted by C&D Building, LLC, a Michigan Limited Liability Company, 12955 23 Mile Road, Road, Shelby Twp., MI 48315 for the construction, operation, maintenance, repair and/or replacement of a watermain easement over, on, under, through and across land more particularly described as Parcel No. #15-28-126-031.
Further Resolved that the City Clerk is directed to record the easement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
