Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills hereby accepts a highway easement granted by JA Avon, LLC, whose address is 400 Park Street, Troy, Michigan 48083, over, on, under, through and across land more particularly described as Parcel No. 15-14-478-042.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the easement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
