Whereas, various items for the completion of the Maintenance Building at Borden Park were budgeted for and the funds are in Retained Earnings within the Building and Grounds Budget, and

Whereas, quotes from various professional trades have been received for the completion of this Building,

Now Therefore Be It Resolved that the Rochester Hills City Council approves the project budget for the completion of the Maintenance Building at Borden Park for a not-to-exceed amount of $33,000.00.
