Resolved that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills, hereby accepts a Quit Claim Deed granted by Legacy Rochester Hills Site Condominium Development, LLC, 1683 West Hamlin Road, Rochester Hills, MI 48309, to the City of Rochester Hills, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, MI 48309, for a 60' Wide Road Right of Way, for Hamlin Road, for Part of Parcel No. #15-22-351-004.
Further Resolved that the City Clerk is directed to record the easement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
