Whereas, under terms and conditions of separate agreements with the Road Commission for Oakland County, the City of Rochester Hills has agreed to pay for a percentage of the costs associated with maintaining and/or repair of traffic signals, SCAT cost and school flashers on our major roads.
Resolved, the Rochester Hills City Council authorize the issuance of a blanket purchase order to the Road Commission for Oakland County for maintenance and/or repair of traffic signals, SCAT cost, school flashers, and LED Upgrades in the total amount of $135,000.00 for a period of one year.
