Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby approves the Amendment to the Agreement for Maintenance of the Storm Water Detention System from C & D Building, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, whose address is 12955 23 Mile Rd., Shelby Township, MI 48315, for Hamlin Industrial Condos, Unit 3, Parcel No. 15-28-126-034.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the agreement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
