Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby approves the Partial Termination of Water Main Easement by the City of Rochester Hills and Rochester Hills Marketplace, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, whose address is 251 E. Merrill, Suite 205 Birmingham, MI  48009, for North Hill Retail Outlot, Parcel #15-10-226-041.

 

Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the Partial Termination of Water Main Easement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
