Resolved, the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills, hereby accepts a watermain easement granted by Consumers Energy Company, (formerly known as Consumers Power Company), a Michigan Corporation, One Energy Plaza, Jackson, Michigan 49201, for the construction, operation, maintenance, repair and/or replacement of a watermain, over, on, under, through and across land more particularly described as Parcel No. #15-02-200-005.
Further Resolved, the Mayor is authorized to execute the Consumers Energy Company letter of acceptance and return it with the document.
