Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills, hereby accepts a watermain easement granted by Christenbury Development, LLC, of 19573 Tanglewood Ct., Clinton Twp., MI 48038, for the construction, operation, maintenance, repair and/or replacement of a watermain over, on, under, through and across land more particularly described as Parcel Nos. 15-01-277-015 and 15-01-278-006, subject to correction of the watermain easement to include reference to the legal description in the Exhibits.
