Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby approves the Storm Sewer System Maintenance Agreement between the City of Rochester Hills and Walton Oaks LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, whose address is 14496 North Sheldon Road, Suite 230, Plymouth, MI 48170, for Walton Oaks, Parcel #15-07-376-038.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the agreement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
