Whereas, the existing Pathway Millage, originally approved by voters on November 7, 2006, was authorized through Fiscal Year (FY) 2026 and is currently levied at 0.1715 mill;

 

Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved, that the Public Safety & Infrastructure Technical Review Committee (PS&ITRC) hereby recommends that the Rochester Hills City Council approve ballot language Option # _____ at its April 13, 2026, meeting for inclusion on the August 4, 2026, Primary Election ballot.
