Adoption of a Certified Resolution to Place Newly Constructed Roads within the City Local Street System

Whereas, it is necessary to furnish additional information requested by the State of Michigan to place said streets within the City Local Street System for the purpose of obtaining funds under Act 51, P.A. 1957, as amended; and
Whereas, said streets are located within the City right-of-way and are under the control of the City of Rochester Hills, certified as public streets for public street purposes and accepted into the City Local Street System.
Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved, that the following said subdivision streets were constructed in accordance with the City of Rochester Hills standards and opened to public traffic as of the approved dates:
