Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby authorizes a contract/blanket purchase order for citywide printing services to Image Printing, Inc., Royal Oak, Michigan in the total amount not-to-exceed $107,250.00 through May 31, 2023 and further authorizes the Mayor to execute the agreement on behalf of the City.
