Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills hereby accepts an Amendment to Conservation Easement for the amendment to conservation easement area no. 3’s description, located on Parcel #15-34-201-014, granted by Mooney Real Estate Holdings, a Michigan nonprofit corporation, whose address is 12 State Street, Detroit, MI 48226, for St. Paul’s Albanian Catholic Church Outbuilding.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the easement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
