Resolved that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby authorizes a Blanket Purchase Order to Municipal Web Service, of Birmingham, MI 48009, as the most qualified and best value for the purchase of web site redesign, hosting, and a Content Management System for all of the departments of City Hall, in the amount not-to-exceed $ 35,910.00 through December 31, 2004.
