Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby authorizes a Blanket Purchase Order for snow removal services for 2013-2014 winter season for City Hall, 52/3 District Court and Oakland County Sheriff Office Substation to Progressive Irrigation, White Lake, Michigan in the amount not-to-exceed $75,000.00 through June 30, 2014 and further authorizes the Mayor to execute a contract on behalf of the City.

Resolved, that the City's acceptance of the proposal and approval of the award of a contract shall be contingent and conditioned upon the parties entry into and execution of a written agreement acceptable to the City.
