Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby authorizes the Artist Agreement with Karen Childs Elder to obtain the right to use an original work of art for the stipend in the amount of $2,000 for an art installation and further authorizes the Mayor to execute the agreement on behalf of the City.
