Request for Approval to revoke nineteen Industrial Development Districts (IDDs) that no longer have active Industrial Facility Tax abatements

Whereas, there are nineteen Industrial Development Districts that no longer have active Industrial Facility Tax certificates within the districts; and
Whereas, On October 25, 2022 the nineteen Industrial Development Districts were sent a letter via certified mail that notified the property owners of the intent to terminate the Industrial Development Districts; and
Whereas, On November 14, 2022 a public hearing was held on the termination of the nineteen Industrial Development Districts;
Therefore, Be It Resolved that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby terminates the nineteen Industrial Development Districts that no longer have active Industrial Facility Tax certificates within the district. The nineteen properties are listed below:
