Resolved That the Rochester Hills City Council agrees to meet in Closed Session, as permitted by State Statute MCLA 15.268, Section 8(a), at the close of business this Regular City Council Meeting of Wednesday, September 17, 2003 and will not return to Open Session at its conclusion. The purpose of the Closed Session is to consider the possible purchase or lease of real property.
