Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby authorizes a Contract with the Michigan Department of Transportation for the Avon and Livernois Road Enhancement Project in the amount not-to-exceed $138,330.00 and any additional share of the costs to complete the project and further authorizes the Mayor to execute the contract on behalf of the City.
