Title: PUBLIC HEARING - FILE NO 13-003 Location: 1468 Ruby Avenue, located on the northeast corner of Ruby and Cone Avenues, between Crooks and Livernois, Parcel Identification Number 15-33-401-009, zoned R-4 (One Family Residential). Request: A variance of 917 square feet from Section 138-10.102A (Detached Accessory Structures) of the Code of Ordinances, which limits the combined floor area of all detached accessory structures located on a lot to the ground floor living area of the main building or 720 square feet, whichever is less. In this case, the maximum permitted area for all accessory structures on the lot is 720 square feet. The total square footage of all existing detached structures is 845 square feet and the proposed carport is 792 square feet, resulting in 1637 total square feet of accessory buildings.
