Whereas, the Rochester Hills City Council is in support of the $75,000,000 Remediation Grant allocated by the State of Michigan and administered through the Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy (EGLE)
Resolved, the Rochester Hills City Council approves the Project Proposal and Application for EGLE Remediation Grant as presented and hereby authorizes the Mayor to sign and submit the Application, Grant Contract, and Individual Subagreements on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills.
