Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby approves the Storm Water Detention System Maintenance Agreement between the City of Rochester Hills and BSLM Rochester Hills, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, whose address is 3663 Woodward Ave., Ste. 550, Detroit, MI 48201, for 3200 S. Rochester Road Retail Offices, Parcel #15-34-227-040.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the agreement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
