Adoption of a resolution to place newly constructed Connors Drive & Hogan Circle (Country Club Village of Rochester Hills) within the City's Local Street System

Whereas, it is necessary to furnish information to the State of Michigan to place said streets within the City Local Street System for the purpose of obtaining funds under Act 51, P.A. 1951 as amended.
Now Therefore Be It Resolved,
1. That the said streets described as: Connors Drive and Hogan Circle as depicted in phase 2B the condominium plan of "County Club Village of Rochester Hills", as recorded in Liber 33863, Pages 779 through 804, Oakland County Condominium Subdivision Plan No. 1586, to the Master Deed of Country Club Village of Rochester Hills, Oakland County Records. Being located within Section 35, T.3. N., R.11 E. City of Rochester Hills, Oakland County, Michigan.
2. That said streets are located within City right-of-way and are under the control of the City of Rochester Hills, and
3. That said streets are certified as public streets and are for public street purposes, and
4. That said streets are accepted into the City Local Street System, and
5. That said streets are open for traffic on February 2, 2007 and have been constructed according to City standards.
