Resolved that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby authorizes a Blanket Purchase Order to Code Source PC, of Grandville, Michigan, as the Primary Vendor and International Code Council, of Country Club Hills, Illinois, as the Secondary Vendor as the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder for the purchase of 2007 and 2008 Commercial and Industrial Plan Review Services, in the total amount not-to-exceed One Hundred Thousand ($100,000.00) Dollars through December 31, 2008.
Further Resolved that the Mayor is authorized to execute the contract on behalf of the City.
