Whereas, The Department of Public Services requests the Rochester Hills City Council accept the petitions for the Special Assessment District (SAD) paving request for Dunning Road, east of Eastwood Drive, City File Number E23-028, Section 31.
Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills, hereby accepts the petitions for the Special Assessment District (SAD) paving request for Dunning Road, east of Eastwood Drive.
