Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby authorizes a contract/blanket purchase order for preliminary engineering services for the study and design related to Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV) 6,7,8 Improvement Project to Hubbell, Roth & Clark, Inc., Bloomfield Hills, Michigan in the amount not-to-exceed $136,900.00 and further authorizes the Procurement Manager to execute an agreement on behalf of the City.
