Resolved that the Rochester Hills accepts the offer of J.B. Donaldson Company for the purchase of property known by the addresses of 1544, 1600, 1700 and 1750 Hamlin, identified as Parcel Nos. 15-21-376-004, 15-21-376-007, 15-21-376-006 and part of 15-21-352-002.
Be It Further Resolved that the Mayor is hereby authorized to complete the sale of the aforementioned properties according to the terms and conditions of the Purchase Agreement, on behalf of the City and to sign all documents and to do all acts necessary to close on the property and complete the sale.
