Request for Variance of 6.7 feet from Ordinance which states where a front yard of greater or less depth than specified exists in the front of dwellings on one side of a street in any block, the depth of the front yard of any building subsequently erected on that side of the street shall not be less than the average depths of the front yards of such existing dwellings, less 10 feet. The required average front yard steback in this case is 31.7 feet.
