Resolved that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby authorizes an amendment to the Blanket Purchase Order to Pitney Bowes, Inc., of Louisville, KY for the lease/purchase of Postage Equipment, in the amount of $4,050.00 for a new amount not-to-exceed $26,680.00 through June 30, 2009.  

Further Resolved that the Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized to execute the contract on behalf of the City.
