Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby accepts the permanent highway easement for 1681 E. Auburn Road and approves payment of $80.00 to Auburn Office Plaza LLC for the Auburn Road reconstruction project from Culbertson to Hessel for the construction, operation, maintenance, repair and/or replacement of pavement over, on, under, through and across land more particularly described as Parcel No. 15-25-457-034 and authorizes the payment to the landowners in the amount of $80.00.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the Easement for the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
