Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby grants the variance to the required front yard setback and approves the Site Plan and Tree Removal Permit for WhiteWater Car Wash, located on the south side of Adams Rd. between Forester Blvd. and Marketplace Cr., as governed by the Consent Judgment between Grand/Sakwa Acquisitions, LLC and the City of Rochester Hills; Jeff Justice, EROP, LLC, Applicant, with the condition that the Applicant address all comments from City departmental reviews.
