Request for Approval of a Storm Sewer Easement granted by the City of Rochester Hills to Jenoptik Automotive North America, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, for Jenoptik Automotive

 

Body

Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the Department of Public Services, hereby approves an easement being granted from the City of Rochester Hills, a Michigan municipal corporation, of 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, Michigan 48309, to Jenoptik Automotive North America, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company of 1544 W. Hamlin Road, Rochester Hills, MI  48309, for the construction, operation, maintenance, repair and/or replacement of a 36-inch diameter storm sewer and end section on, under, through and across land more particularly described as Parcel No. 15-21-201-009.

 

Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the easement with the Oakland County Clerk’s Office.
