Acceptance of Easements for 52-3 District Court/Sheriff Substation from Oakland County, Parcel No. 15-26-377-001 - Sanitary Sewer Easement

Resolved that on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills, the Rochester Hills City Council hereby accepts an easement granted by the County of Oakland, a Michigan Constitutional Corporation, of 1200 N. Telegraph Road, Pontiac, Michigan 48341, (hereinafter referred to as "Grantor") for a 20.00 foot wide easement in gross and the right to enter onto Grantor's land to construct, operate, maintain, repair and/or replace a sanitary sewer and related appurtenances.
Further Resolved that the City Clerk is directed to record the easement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
