Resolved that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills, hereby accepts a Conservation easement granted by Jensam, LLC, 2301 West Big Beaver, Suite 900, Troy, Michigan 48084 for maintaining the Conservation Easement premises in its natural and undeveloped condition over, on, under, through and across land more particularly described as Parcel No 15-19-300-007.
Further Resolved that the City Clerk is directed to record the easement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
