Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby authorizes a Contract to Metro Environmental, Inc., Clinton Township, Michigan for energy management systems for the DPS/Garage and Fire Stations #2, #3, #4 and #5 in the amount of $84,804.82 with a contingency of $7,695.18 for a total not-to-exceed amount of $92,500.00 and further authorizes the Mayor to execute a contract on behalf of the City.
