Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby approves the Storm Water Detention System Maintenance Agreement between the City of Rochester Hills and Safeway Acquisition Company, L.L.C., a Michigan limited liability company, whose address is 19855 W. Outer Drive, Suite 207, Dearborn, MI 48124, for 2260 Crooks Road Gas Station Demo/Rebuild, Parcel #15-29-276-001.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the agreement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
