Acceptance of Sanitary Sewer Easement conveyed to the City of Rochester Hills by Meadowbrook Associates

Resolved that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills, hereby accepts a Sanitary easement granted by Meadowbrook Associates, a Michigan co-partnership, of 2690 Crooks Road, Suite 400, Troy, Michigan 48084 for the construction, operation, maintenance, repair and/or replacement of a sanitary sewer over, on, under, through and across land more particularly described as Parcel No 15-08-351-005.
Further Resolved that the City Clerk is directed to record the easement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
