Resolved that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills, hereby accepts a Highway Easement granted by Elro Corporation, a Michigan Corporation, of 201 West Big Beaver Road, Suite 720, Troy, Michigan 48084 for the construction, operation, maintenance, repair and/or replacement of a Highway Easement over, on, under, through and across land more particularly described as Part of Parcel No. 15-02-200-014.
Further Resolved that the City Clerk is directed to record the easement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
