Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby approves the Storm Sewer System Maintenance Agreement between the City of Rochester Hills and Gerald Real Estate LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, whose address is 13500 Foley St., Detroit, MI 48227 for Gerald Plaza, Parcel #15-36-226-068.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the agreement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
