Approval of the 2005-2006 Winter Maintenance Agreement for Livernois Road between the City of Rochester Hills and the Board of Road Commissioners for Oakland County

Resolved that the Rochester Hills City Council approves the 2005-2006 Winter Maintenance Agreement between the City of Rochester Hills and the Board of Road Commissioners for Oakland County. The Agreement shall provide that the City of Rochester Hills perform winter maintenance on Livernois Road between South Boulevard and Tienken Road and be compensated by RCOC at the following reimbursement rates:
0.85 miles at $3,065.17 per mile $ 2,605.39
2.72 miles at $4,348.95 per mile $11,829.14
1.51 miles at $5,364.05 per mile $ 8,099.72
Total $22,534.25
Be It Further Resolved that the Rochester Hills City Council authorizes the Mayor and Clerk to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills.
