Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills hereby accepts a revised highway easement granted by Rochester Auburn Associates, LLC, whose address is 6750 Oak Hills Dr., Bloomfield Hills, MI 48301, over, on, under, through and across land more particularly described as Parcel No. 15-34-227-046.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the easement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
