Whereas, the City Council met in closed session to discuss the Donnelly vs. City of Rochester Hills pending litigation and possible strategies.
Resolved, that the City of Rochester Hills City Council hereby accepts the City's attorney Ms. Laura Amtsbuechler's recommendation and City Council authorizes her to proceed with her recommendation regarding the Donnelly vs. City of Rochester Hills case, as discussed in the closed session earlier this evening.
