Resolved, that an Ordinance to amend Sections 54-741, 54-743, 54-744, 54-745; 54-746, 54-747, and 54-748 in Chapter 54, Fees, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Rochester Hills, Oakland County, Michigan, to modify fees charged for water; sewage treatment, non-residential water and high strength surcharge, capital charges, lateral benefit charges and tap charges and to repeal conflicting Ordinances and prescribe a penalty for violations is hereby accepted for Second Reading and Adoption and shall become effective Wednesday, July 1, 2026 following its publication in the Oakland Press on Sunday, June 28, 2026.
