Resolved, that an Ordinance to Amend Sections 54-56 and 54-501 in Chapter 54, Fees, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Rochester Hills, Oakland County, Michigan, to modify fees charged for miscellaneous services, and itinerant merchants and to repeal conflicting ordinances, and prescribe a penalty for violations is hereby Accepted for Second Reading and Adoption and shall become effective December 18, 2023, following its publication in the Oakland Press on Sunday, December 17, 2023.
