Resolved that Resolution No. A0534-2003-R0443 adopted by the Rochester Hills City Council at a Regular Meeting held on December 1, 2003 as follows:
Resolved that the Rochester Hills City Council appoints Louis Eble
as a Citizen Representative on the Public Safety Committee to serve a three-year term ending December 31, 2006.
Be amended as follows:
To change the term served from a three-year term ending
December 31, 2006 to a one-year term ending December 31,
2005.
Be It Further Resolved that the resolution as amended is hereby readopted by City Council as follows:
Resolved that the Rochester Hills City Council appoints Louis Eble as
a Citizen Representative on the Public Safety Committee to serve a one-year term ending December 31, 2005.
