Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby approves the 2006 Homeland Security Grant Program Interlocal Funding Agreement allowing for acceptance of the pre-funded Disaster Response Trailer and any subsequent equipment that may be obtained through fully funded Grant programs at no cost to the city.
Be It Further Resolved, that City Council authorizes Mayor Bryan K. Barnett to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
