Resolved that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills, hereby accepts an off-site Watermain easement granted by North Hill Center, L.L.C., a Michigan Limited Liability Company, 1877 Orchard Lake Road, Suite 201, Sylvan Lake, Michigan 48320, for the construction, operation, maintenance, repair and/or replacement of an off-site Watermain easement over, on, under, through and across land more particularly described as Parcel No. 15-10-226-041.
Further Resolved that the City Clerk is directed to record the easement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
