Whereas, a Public Hearing was held on April 20, 2005 to amend and adopt new fund totals for fiscal year 2005.
Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby approves the following 2005 fund totals as amended:

202 - Major Road Fund $8,162,240
203 - Local Road Fund $2,907,440
206 - Fire Fund $7,155,480*
207 - Special Police Fund $7,537,300
226 - Solid Waste Fund $76,050
232 - Tree Fund $212,050

420 - Capital Improvement Fund $1,436,270
470 - Municipal Building Const. Fund $889,870
